KNARESBOROUGH

Knaresborough is neighbour to Harrogate and is the place where EBRC’s first satellite crew was launched. The crew meet in the heart of the historic town at the Market Place.

The crew meet every day (Monday – Friday) at 6:30am, with the option to nip for a coffee after running at a coffee shop in the centre of town.

Fun fact about Knaresborough: Knaresborough is home to the Great Knaresborough Bed Race. It is a part fancy dress pageant and part gruelling time trial over a 2.4-mile course, ending with a swim through the icy waters of the River Nidd.
